MarleneBROWNIt is with great sadness that the family announce that Marlene passed away peacefully, whilst in the care of Ladysmith Care Home on Wednesday 24th June 2026 aged 87 Years.

Beloved wife of Derek, much loved mum of Andrew, Mark and the late Ashley. Loving Mother-in-law to Julie & Victoria. Adored grandma to Mollie & Connor. Dear sister to Hazel, Wendy & Neata, a cherish friend and neighbour to many, she will be missed by all.

A service to celebrate Marlene's life will be held at Grimsby Crematorium on Tuesday 14th July 2026 at 10:30am.

Floral tributes will be gratefully received or if so desired donations in Marlene's memory may be given to The Alzheimer's Society. There will also be a donation box in the gardens of remembrance following the service. It is requested that floral tributes are received at Grimsby Coop Funeralcare, 55 Abbey Road, Grimsby.
