Loving wife of Tony, much loved mum to Sarah, Kerry, Amie and Toni and a cherished grandmother to Nellie.
Susan will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Funeral service to take place on Monday 8th July at St Luke's Church, Parliament Street, 11.30am, followed by a committal at Markeaton Crematorium - Main Chapel at 12.30pm.
