Si, I was totally unsure what to expect when I took on the role for transportation at Reflect, but you soon put me at ease. I`m sure you were pretty sceptical of a new face in your daily routine but it did not take long for you to show your true colours. Your excitement in the mornings when I turned up, enough that you would knock the cup of tea out of the hands of whoever was giving you a drink. And that smile that shone like a beacon and made my day all the more worthwhile.

Then there was your little tantrums when we had to stop for traffic, no amount of explaining that there were other people on the road made you feel any better about it, but little did you know I would have a silent chuckle at you when you got annoyed. It`s only been a year for me Si, but boy it`s been a huge privelage and honour to have been part of your life.

Rich.
