Much loved brother of Sarah and James and a loving uncle to Charlie, Fletcher, Jenson, Henry and Felix. Jon will always be in all of our hearts.
Jonathan's funeral service will be held at 12pm on Friday 25th April at West Lancashire Crematorium, Pippin Street, L40 7SP.
