Sadly, on Tuesday the 31st of March 2026 in Diana Princess of Wales Hospital, Grimsby, Jill passed away aged 69 years.

Beloved wife of Dave, loving mum to Andrew and mother in law to Emily, a much loved nain to Thomas and Ella, sister of twin brother Paul, sister in law to Marie and Carl, Kim and the late Alan, a loving aunt to Michael, Gareth, Michelle and Robert and a great friend to Janeen, Linda, Carol, she will be missed by all who knew her.

A funeral service will be held at St Deny's Church, North Killingholme on Tuesday 28th April at 2pm. Mourners are warmly invited to wear a touch of blue - Jill's favourite colour.

Family flowers only please, donations made payable to Cats Lost and Found, Grimsby may be given on the day or sent to H & HJ Huteson & Sons, The Old Chapel, Bluestone Lane, Immingham, DN40 2DX.

Gosh this is sad news. Jill was such a friend to me when the kids were young. We would call for her and Andrew on the way to school. She was chatty and a joy to spend time with. I have thought of her often and always looked forward to her on my return visits to Grimsby. Rest in peace lovely lady.
