GeorgeCARR"City till I die" Died peacefully at home on the 22nd April, aged 69. Loving son of the late Mary and Joe (R.I.P). Loving brother of Joe, Mary, Barbara, Esther, Jimmy and the late Beth (R.I.P). Loving Uncle and Brother in law. Good friend to many (even some reds!). Private service on Thursday 14th May at 1.15pm at Southern Cemetery followed by interment at Southern Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Cancer Research. Memorial Service at a later date because of current restrictions.

Met George at 19 in the Parkside pub and have been friends since that day, absolute legend. He was the heart of the social side, from organising trips away to managing the footy team, fantastic memories that will never be forgotten. You will be sadly missed by so many RIP Buddy.

George you where one in a million, a kind gentle giant with a heart of gold, the best Uncle in the world to Mark and David who loved you to bits, Matthew and Luke also thought of you as an Uncle. No words can express how saddened we all are of you passing, God bless George all my love and you will never be forgotten your memories live on in are hearts.
