Much loved Mum to Di, Jeff, Mel, Nicky and their partners Shaun, Fiona, Lee and Gethin. Adoring Nan to Liam, Tom and their partners Claire and Amy, Kitty, Lorcan, Flynn, Cormac, Oisin and Fionnan. Rachel will be hugely missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service on Monday 17th June 2019 at 1pm, Denbighshire Memorial Park and Crematorium.
