Peacefully in hospital on 6th October 2014, aged 74 years, Pat beloved wife of the late Don, loving mam of Jacqui and Gary, mother-in-law of Bill, much loved grandma of Shaun, Chelsea, Paige, Dean, Georgia and Hayden, loved sister of Alan, sister-in-law of Mary and Claire. Will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Friends please meet for service at Saltwell Crematorium, on Wednesday 15th October at 1.00pm.
