DavidCHADWICKMr David Chadwick passed away peacefully in the loving care of the Woodlands H.F.E. with family at his side on Wednesday, April 21, aged 84. David, dearest husband of Doreen, a wonderful father to Liz and the late Alex, a proud grandad to Robert and Ben, dear brother to Kathleen and the late Barbara. David will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Reposing in the Chapel of Rest, Mincing Lane. The funeral service will be held at St Bartholomew’s Church, Great Harwood at 1pm on Thursday, May 6, followed by a committal service at Accrington Crematorium. Family flowers only, but donations can be made to the Llandudno R.N.L.I. Funeral director: Co-op Funeralcare, Blackburn.
