Husband of the late Jennifer Ann Chambers. Much loved father to Nicola, Kathryn and to Joshua. Proud bampa of Alex and Nia, to Sam, Courtney, Ava and the late Jake. Adored great-grandfather to Esmae, Darcie, Lincoln and Hudson, and to Levi and Mila. Brian will forever be in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
Funeral Service for family and friends will be held at Swansea Crematorium on Tuesday 1st of September at 10.30 am.
