Avril AnnCHANTnee Chubb Passed away on Monday 14th December, 2020 at Yeovil District Hospital aged 74 years. Beloved wife of Desmond and loving Mother of Andrew, Naomi, Nadine, Teresa and Simon, she is also survived by her six Grandchildren and seven Great-grandchildren. Adored by all who knew her. The funeral will take place at The Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church in Yeovil followed by a family service at Yeovil Crematorium.
