PaulCHAPMANOn 7th October 2017 Peacefully at home with his family after a long illness, Paul aged 54 years. Treasured husband and soul mate of Caroline, cherished and loving dad of Larissa and Phoebe, a dear brother, brother-in-law and uncle. A celebration of Paul's life will take place at Huddersfield Crematorium on Wednesday 25th October at 2pm. Will family and friends kindly meet at the crematorium. No flowers but donations would be appreciated for Marie Curie and Kirkwood Hospice, a donation box will be available at the crematorium or c/o Radcliffe Funeral Service, 16 Westgate, Honley, Holmfirth, HD9 6AA.
