Dear Julie, Keith, Alan, Julie and all the family,
We will be forever grateful for the time we spent with Diana in October. Each day that we went by to see her, she was warm and loving, and had a smile on her face. Diana always made us feel welcome.
Gary and I felt such grief and a sense of loss when we heard the news of Diana’s passing. We have no words to fill the void. All we can offer is our sincere condolences and to let you know that we will always treasure Diana’s memory. Gary and I loved her deeply.
Please know that all of you are in our thoughts and prayers.
Sending much love,
Ede & Gary
Do Not Stand at My Grave and Weep
By Mary Elizabeth Frye
Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there; I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sun on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning’s hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there; I did not die.
Ede and Gary Holmes
