Leslie JamesCOLLINSLes Passed away peacefully on 15th May 2019 at Wells Nursing Home, aged 89 years. Funeral service to be held at St. Matthew's Church, Wookey on Wednesday 29th May at 2.30pm. Family flowers only but donations, if desired, for St. John's Ambulance may be left at the service or forwarded to: W. B. Gibbs & Sons, Funeral Directors, Riverside, Henton, Wells, BA5 1PD.
