IvyCOLLINSPassed away peacefully on 18th December 2019 at Myton Hospice, Warwick after a short illness. Loving wife of the late Denis, beloved mother of John, Dawn, Fiona and Jacqui and much loved grandmother of Stephen, Siobhan, Isabella, Francesca, Rachel and Andrew. Funeral service to be held on Friday 10th January 2020 in Charter Chapel, Canley Crematorium at 1.45pm. Family flowers only please.
