AnnCONNOLLYIt is with great sadness that we share the news of our lovely mum Ann Connolly’s passing.

On the 24th April, the Angels welcomed Ann, and she is now with her beloved mum, brothers and sisters.

It is hard to convey the enormity of our loss but the strong bond we have as a family will guide us through this difficult time.

Ann’s humour and wit were known by all and she made a significant impact on many lives in the local community. For those wishing to pay their respects, Ann will be resting at her home from Saturday 3rd May, at 52 Issac street, L8 4TJ. The family look forward to welcoming you to hear stories about our beloved Ann.

Ann’s funeral will take place on Friday 9th May, the service will be held at Our Lady Mount Carmel Church at 12:30pm, followed by cremation at Springwood Crematorium, (Rosemary Chapel) at 2:00pm. We will be celebrating our lovely mum’s life at the Anchor, (the Harbour club), Liverpool Marina, Coburg Wharf, L3 4BP.

Ann Connolly was our glue, our humour and our place to call home. Her memory will live on in all of us everyday and we will always cherish the love and laughs our Ann brought to all our lives.

Family flowers only, for anyone wishing to make a donation to the Marie Curie Foundation, collection boxes will be available in the Church and in the Anchor.

Until we meet again Ann, goodnight God bless. 🤍Xxx

Thinking of Leanne, Jak, Flyn & all of Ann’s family. We have lots of amazing memories that we feel lucky to have shared with Ann that we will cherish now forever. Ann always knew how to make everyone laugh just by being herself. It was a real privilege to have known you Ann thanks for all the good times & laughter over the years. You will be remembered with love & fondness always. You were too special to ever be forgotten. Rest in eternal peace our ‘Ann the Pan’. We thought the world of you. Gill & Jax. xxxx

My Big Sister Ann, I never imagined I’d be writing this for you, I never wanted to believe you’d ever leave me, so I am writing this letter and sending it to Heaven and praying it reaches you.

My Dear Sister Ann, you were the strongest out of us all, we all depended on you, how can we go on in life when you when we no longer have that safety net that was you. I am grateful for all the memories I got to make with you, all those happy days and nights out in the Queens with our Mam, and family too. All those lovely holidays I got to spend with you, I didn’t realise how blessed I was until I lost you.

Watching you fight your last battle was the hardest time of all, but what a battle you fought Ann, proving to us how strong and very special you are.
I will miss you so very much my Ann, I am just so happy you got to meet our Grandaughter and you made her smile, that’s my greatest memory of all, I just wish we could of made more, we shared a special bond Ann, that will never be broken.

Come to me in my dreams Ann, and talk to me once more, I loved you with all of my heart and I will miss you forever, lots of love and hugs Ann, your Baby Sister Valerie. Xxx

Ann, what laughs and great times we had over all the years, you were a very special lady Ann, I thought the world of you.

I will be forever grateful to you Ann for putting me, Val and Erin up in your house whilst waiting for our house to be finished, all those years ago. What a woman you were Ann, we could always depend on you. Ann, you will be greatly missed, I loved you.
Rest in eternal peace Ann, your Brother In-Law Steve. xxx
