HazelCONWAYOn 23rd September 2016 peacefully in hospital and of Monsall Hazel aged 84. Beloved wife of the late Jack and treasured mother of Karen, Paul, Janet and the late John. A dearly loved grandma and great-grandma. She will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by all who knew her. Service and Committal at Oldham Crematorium, Hollinwood on Friday October 7th at 3.30pm.
