ThomasCONWAYaka "Chippy" Passed away in hospital on 26th December 2018 aged 78 yrs. Loving dad to Debi, Lynn, Gail, Steve and Wendy. Loving husband, partner, granddad, son, uncle and brother. Sadly missed by all who knew him. Funeral service to take place at Southern Cemetery Chapel on Friday 18th January at 11.15am. Family flowers only, donations to Cancer Research UK.
