MichaelCOOKCOOK - MICHAEL, . 22nd April 2020. Passed away peacefully at home in Ffordd Heulog, Dolgellau, aged 66 years. Loving husband to Jean, beloved father of Sharon, Emma, Amanda, Michael and Sarah Jane, adored taid of Tyler and Sophie. Much loved brother, uncle and nephew to Mona. Will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Private service at Bangor Crematorium on Tuesday 5th May at 3pm. No flowers. Donations in lieu gratefully received if desired towards Help For Heroes c/o, Benjamin Thomas, Aftercare Funeral Services, High Street, Tywyn, Gwynedd. LL36 9AD Tel: 01654 713975.

I served with Mike, from 1974 in Delta Company, Royal Welch Fusiliers, in Tidworth. And then I Lemgo, West Germany. On the 1st of April 1978, Mike was duty driver, who had to get me to the hospital where my wife was in labour with my first child. We became good friends especially as we were Welsh speakers. With made a special bond between us welsh speakers in the battalion. God Bless Mike. Selwyn
