AnthonyCOOKSuddenly at home aged 64 years. Reunited with all his loved ones. Loving brother of Derek, Stephen and Ronnie (deceased). Tony will be forever loved and missed by all his loving family and friends. Funeral to be held on Wednesday 4th December at St Anthony's RC Church, Scotland Road at 11.45am followed by interment at Kirkdale Cemetery at 1pm.
