My beautiful Nana, I don’t think I’ll ever find the words to truly explain what you mean to me🤍 You’ve never just been my Nana—you’ve always been like my second mam. The person I could go to for absolutely anything, who would always tell me the truth, make me laugh, and be there for me no matter what♾️ You are the funniest woman I know, the strongest fighter, always glamorous, always outspoken, and completely unforgettable. You are, and always will be, the heart of our family❤️ I’m so grateful you got to see me become a mam. You always wanted that for me because you knew how much I’d dreamed of it since I was a little girl. Watching you become Iris’ Great-Nana is a memory I’ll treasure forever. She’ll always know her nickname- “Miss Dynamite”🧨 , because of you. I’ll always think of you whenever I hear a song with meaningful lyrics because our love for music was something we shared. Although, once you loved a song, you played it on repeat until everyone else couldn’t stand it! “My Girl” 🎶 will always be our song. And I’ll always watch our favourite film ‘the notebook’ and think of you because we shared our love for soppy love stories to🥰 You are beautiful inside and out, and I feel so lucky to have had you as my Nana for 28 wonderful years. You truly are one in a million, and everyone who knows you would agree. I feel so privileged to have been your granddaughter. I’m going to miss you calling me “my lovely” and seeing your messages end with, “Lv ya more always my lovely, Nana 😻🥰xxx,” followed by what felt like a hundred emojis. You’re the only person who could get away with ending every message with a cat heart eye emoji because you knew how much I hated/ am scared of them 😻 and it always made me smile😂🫣 I hope you knew how deeply loved you were, and I hope you could feel that love in every moment we shared. I’ll carry you with me in everything I do. Losing you has left a space that no one could ever fill, but I’m grateful for every memory, every laugh, every message, and every moment I was lucky enough to have with you. You will always be one of the greatest loves of my life, and a part of our whole world 🌍 I love you forever and miss you more than you could imagine, my beautiful Nana.
