SamuelCOOKE(Sam) Peacefully on 12th February 2019 at the RSUH, Sam aged 95 years of Berryhill. The beloved husband of Doris and the late Millie, much loved dad of Joan and the late Pat, dear stepdad of Linda, treasured grandad of Mark, Sharon, Andrew and the late Stephanie, step-grandad of John and Kerry and a dear great grandad. Funeral Service and cremation at Carmountside Crematorium on Friday 22nd February at 4.00pm. Will friends wishing to attend all kindly meet at Carmountside. Flowers welcome.
