In Loving Memory of My Mum
Who Passed peacefully on 13th May 2025
At the Nightingale Macmillan Unit, Derby Royal Hospital

Where do I begin? My mum’s kindness, her strength, or her care that shaped every part of who I am. She gave so much of herself always putting others first, always ready with a cup of tea and a listening ear and yet she never asked for anything in return.

To be loved by her was to feel safe, seen, and unconditionally accepted. Her laughter, her warmth, the way she always knew just what to say these are the things that made her so special.

Though she is no longer with us in body, her spirit remains woven into my memories, my choices, and my everyday life. I will carry her with me in everything I do.

Thank you, Mum for your love and your endless care. I miss you more than words can ever say. But I will love you forever.
