A dearly loved husband, much loved dad of Mark and daughter-in-law Pam, treasured grandad of Ben and Nicola, a proud great grandad and a good friend and neighbour. Sam will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all his family and friends.
A funeral service and cremation will take place at Carmountside Crematorium on Friday 11th July at 12 noon. Relatives and friends wishing to attend kindly meet for the service.
Family flowers only please, donations can be given in memory of Sam to the British Heart Foundation.
