MartinCOSTELLO- aged 79 years. The lovely man from Galway on 11th September 2008 passed away peacefully at home after a long battle with Leukaemia. Loved and sadly missed by all his family and friends. Thanks to all nurses and doctors involved in his care. Funeral 18th September 11.00am, St Joseph's Catholic Church, Chalfont St Peter.
