In the Marie Curie Centre surrounded by his loving family battling to very end on 16th January 2012, aged 77 years Brian, much loved husband of Dorothy, dearly loved dad of Brian, Ian, Phil, Lorraine and Karen, dear father-in-law of Julie, Kristin, Hazel and Dave and a loving grandad of his 17 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Funeral Service at Walker Parish Church on Wednesday 25th January at 12.45pm. Cremation to follow at West Road Crematorium at 1.45pm. Would friends please meet at church. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu if desired to Marie Curie Cancer Care, Marie Curie Drive, Newcastle-upon-Tyne NE4 6SS. All welcome afterwards at The Jubilee Club Walker.

Merry Christmas Granda. I miss you so much, we all do. I really wish you could be here to celebrate Christmas with all of us, nothing's the same without you! I can't believe its been almost 3 years since I saw you, I miss you so much and I really wish you were back.
