JacquiCRESCENTICRESCENTI - JACQUI, May 13, 2018. Suddenly at home aged 74 years. Now reunited with her beloved husband Claudio. Much loved mum of Jason and Mercedes, loving mother in law of Jeanette and Ben and special Nana of Georgina, James, Gemma, Elliot and Guy. Jacqui will be very sadly missed and fondly remembered by all her family and many friends.
