A service to celebrate his life will be held at Huddersfield Crematorium on Friday 2nd May at 11:15am, please meet at the crematorium.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations may be made in memory of David for Forget Me Not Children's Charity, a collection box will be at the service for this purpose.
