George WilliamCURTIS05/05/1939 - 17/07/2021 Inger & family would like to thank everyone for cards and messages of sympathy on the passing of George. We were overwhelmed by the support shown to us all from Family, Friends, Neighbours, Former Players, the 87 Squad, Coventry City Fans, George's mates from the local pub The Unicorn and staff at Bablake House. Special thanks go to CCFPA committee for all their help on the day of the funeral, Stuart Linnell for the Eulogy, Reverend Canon Kathryn Fleming of Coventry Cathedral for the lovely service and to Andrew Pargetter and his team for the enormous help given to us. Donations raised in memory of George were £1,200 to Dementia UK and £600 to Coventry Air Ambulance. Finally, to all who have not been able to give their loved ones a proper send off during the Pandemic God Bless you all. Thank you. Inger & Family.
