William CecilDACKBill passed away peacefully in hospital after a short illness on August 5th aged 90 years. Beloved husband of the late Winifred, much loved dad of Tim and Tracey, father in law of Karen and Mark and a devoted grandad and great grandad. Bill will be very sadly missed.
