Treasured wife of Dave, cherished mum of Alison and Angie, much loved mother in law of Mick, adored grandma of Amy, Kara, Hannah, Ben, Noah, Gracie, Jesse, Frankie and Robyn. Pat touched the lives of so many and leaves behind cherished memories.
Service and cremation to take place on Wednesday April 30th in The Maplewood Chapel, Stockton Crematorium at 11.00am. Would friends please meet at the crematorium chapel.
Family flowers only please by request. Donations in lieu if so desired to The Butterwick Hospice. A collection box shall be available after the service.
