Ian AlexanderDAVIDSONPassed away peacefully at Royal Derby Hospital on Monday 17th July 2023, aged 88 years. Ian is survived by his daughter Lindsey, son Andrew and grandchildren Reece, Henry, Alexander, Samuel and Jack. A service will be held at Trent Valley Crematorium on Monday 14th August at 4:30pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu will be collected at the service for The Merchant Navy Fund. All enquiries to Central Co-op Funeral, Allestree Tel; 01332 550033

I was sorry to learn of the passing of Ian. I worked with him at RR for many years and counted on him as a good friend. He had a sense of humour and was always willing to help others. May he rest in peace. John Buckland
