LilwenDAVIESPeacefully passed away at Ty Pentwyn Nursing Home on Friday 6th April aged 99 years. Beloved wife of the late John Henry Davies, much loved mother of Marian and Rhys and mother in law to Jeanette Davies and Jack Gunton. She was also a beloved grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother to all, who knew her as Gramma Lil. Lilwen will be dearly missed by her family and all those who loved her. Resting in The Co-operative Funeral Care in High St Ferndale. The funeral will take place at 3.00 p.m on Monday 30th April at Pontypridd Crematorium, Glyntaff. Family flowers only but if desired donations to Lilwen's favoured charity at Cancer Research Wales may be handed to the funeral director after the funeral.
