Ann and family wish to express their sincere thanks for every expression of sympathy and kindness they have received in their loss of a dear husband, father, brother and grandfather.
Thank you for all the cards and generous donations received towards St.Kentigern Hospice St Asaph.
We would also like to thank all the care that was given by the Abergele Community nurses and carers and a grateful thanks to all the staff at St. Kentigern Hospice.
