SidneyDAWSyd peacefully passed away at home surrounded by his family on 19th January 2025, aged 99. Now reunited with his loving wife Rita, he leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish his memory; Angela, Joseph, Veronica, Celia and Christopher, his eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren will always remember the joy he brought to their lives and the countless stories he shared. Rest in peace, Dad. Your legacy of love and compassion will live on in our hearts forever. Resting at Coles Funeral Directors until the Requiem Mass to be held at St Brigid's Catholic Church, Crystal Glen, Llanishen, Cardiff CF14 5QN on Thursday 6th February 2025 at 10am. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, may be made to Arthritis Research UK, Marie Curie Hospice or Velindre Cancer Care in memory of Syd. No specific dress code. RIP SYD. Had some laughs over the years. The biggest and best was when we lost Neil in our wedding party and we found him playing pool with you in the bar. I should've known then. Love Bev and Neil Jones
