AndreaDENINSONDENINSON - ANDREA, May 30th, 2015. Aged 75 years. At her home that she loved so much in Aughton, Ormskirk. Andrea was born and raised in Liverpool by parents Minnie and Harry Crawford and later by her stepfather Jim Bayman, after her own father died at a young age. She was an only child but grew up along side the children of her mother's brothers and sisters with 8 families all living very close by. She married her beloved husband, Dave in 1962, with whom they had 2 loving children, Ian and Gillian and 6 grandchildren. As well as being a devoted mother, as a young woman she worked as a Laboratory Technician and later returned to work as her family grew up and spent many happy years working at St. Edwards College. Andrea was an independent and proud person who dearly loved her immediate and extended family. After the death of her beloved husband in March 2012, despite her own frailty and restricted mobility, she found the strength and determination to continue to live independently at the home they had created together. She leaves a huge hole in all our hearts but now we know she is at peace. A Funeral Service is to be held at Southport Crematorium at 11.20 a.m. on Friday, June 19th 2015, to which all friends and family are warmly invited. All enquiries to Hunters Funeral Directors.
