SommervilleDONALDIt is with great sadness the Donald family, would like to mourn the passing of Sonny Donald, who was 88 yrs of age. Sonny passed away peacefully on Sunday the 21st of July 2024, in Station 6 of Ayr Hospital, with family by his side. He will be lovingly remembered by his Wife Davina 'Ina', Son Alistair, Daughter Fiona, Grandsons, Kristopher and Graham and great granddaughter Ivy, as well as numerous family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 2pm on the 09 August, 2024 at Masonhill Crematorium in Ayr.

In lieu of flowers the family request that those who wish to have an opportunity to donate after the service, to the British Heart Foundation and Diabetes UK.

My wife and I got married on the 8th June 2023 in Sorn. We got married there because of the personal connection we had with the village through my Gran and Papa because I was part of the walking group when I was 8 years old to my young teens. We got married alot earlier than planned because we wanted the family to be there for it because of how much they mean to us.
