NormanDRAINEIt is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Norman, who passed away surrounded by his loving family on Friday 31st July 2026, at Scunthorpe General Hospital, aged 79 years.

A loving dad to Donna and Leanne, Norman was a proud grandad and the special husband of the late Jean. A much-loved brother to Michael and Daphne, Norman was also a dear friend to many and a very well-respected member of the Freemasons. Norman will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him, but we take comfort in knowing he is now reunited with his beloved wife, Jean.

A funeral service to celebrate and remember Norman's life will take place on Friday 28th August 2026 at 2pm at Woodlands Crematorium, Scunthorpe.

Following the service, everyone is invited to Heslam Park for a wake, where memories of Norman can be shared and celebrated together.

Family flowers only, please. Donations in Norman's memory would be gratefully received for the Air Ambulance, supporting their incredible and lifesaving work.
