HazelDUNNPassed away peacefully in Leek, after a short illness. Formerly of Marton Close, Nechells. Reunited with her beloved Husband Pat and her Mom and Dad, Cis and Bill Montgomery. Dearly loved and missed by her devastated family. Devoted Mom of Tina. Treasured Nan of Kate, Joe, Jamie, Josh and Anthony. Much loved Great-Grandma of Liam and Tommy. Her heart was always in Birmingham so we will be bringing her home for cremation at Perry Barr Crematorium at 1pm on Tuesday 28th February and then afterwards at The Crown, Tyburn Road, Erdington (Formerly The Forget-Me-Not Club). All who knew her are welcome to join us. Family flowers only please but any donations will be used to purchase equipment for the Saddler Ward, Leek Moorlands Cottage Hospital who gave such wonderful care to her.
