It is with great sadness we announce the passing of a dear Maureen, who passed away following a short illness, with her family by her side, on 26th March 2025, aged 69 years.
Dearly loved Daughter of Joan and the late Ken, much loved Mam of Brian, David and Stephanie, special Mother-in-law of Angela, forever loved YiaYia of Georgia, Callum, Layna, Daniel, Ellie, Ben, Aaliyah, Lily and Kyle, and great YiaYia of Rosie. Maureen was also a loving Sister, Auntie and friend of many and will be deeply missed.
A celebration of Maureen's life will take place on Thursday 10th April at Saltwell Crematorium at 9:45am.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, will be received on the day with proceeds in Maureen's memory being forwarded to The Critical Care Team at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, as a thank you for the care shown to her during her time with them.
