PhyllisEGLIINof Crawshaw Hall Nursing Home, Burnley Road, Rossendale died at the home on Sunday, November 10, aged 91. She was a screen printer at Broad Oak complex, then worked at Mullards, she was then a housewife and mother as well as working part time as a cleaner at Hyndburn Park School. In the past she attended St Andrews Church. In her spare time she enjoyed walking to the park with her friends, reading up on current affairs in the papers, helping family, jigsaws and listening to music. She leaves son Steven and daughter-in-law Sheila Eglin, granddaughter Zoe Eglin and her partner Gary Chambers, great-granddaughter Stacey and her partner Bill Johnston, great-granddaughters Riley, Ashleigh and Jamie and niece Beverly and her husband Rodney. The funeral took place on Tuesday, November 19, at 11am, officiated by the minister Angela Riding, at Accrington Crematorium. Donations are requested to the North West Air Ambulance.
