HaroldELLISIt is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Harold Ellis. Harold passed away peacefully at Wythenshawe Hospital following a short illness at the age of 85 surrounded by his family.

Harold was a dearly loved husband of Julie and they had just celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary. He was the most special Dad to Marie, Chris and Louise and father-in-law to Andrew, Paula and Pete. Harold was a fantastic and devoted Grandad to Darren, Megan, Nikki, Stephen, Eve and Georgina. He is also survived by his adored great-grandchildren Lyla, Elsie, Lilly, Max, Monty and Reggie all of whom have known the special joy of their Great-grandad. A truly selfless and generous gentleman who was loved by everyone and will be remembered for so many special qualities including his zest for life and his trademark red hat.

Funeral service to take place at Altrincham Crematorium on Monday 7th April at 12 noon.

Will miss you Harold, you were so kind to me and you always brighten up my day with your early morning txts ❤️.
I hope you are once again with Marie, both now at peace, and looking down at the amazing family you created ❤️
