Much loved Husband to Jacqui and treasured Dad to Richard.
Hugh will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all his family and friends.
Funeral service to take place on Tuesday 30th June at 2.30pm at Wells Green Methodist Church followed by a committal at Crewe Crematorium.
Donations in memory of Hugh will be gratefully received for St Luke's (Cheshire) Hospice.
