Sylvia MaryEVANSRetired teacher from Mold. 25th February, 2024 peacefully at Holly Bank Care Home, Deeside, aged 92 years. Devoted wife of the late Ceurwyn, a beloved mum, nain and hen nain.

Private Committal at Flintshire Crematorium, Northop followed by a Public Service of Thanksgiving at St. Mary's Parish Church, Mold on Thursday, 7th March at 11am. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, gratefully received for OXFAM

If we’re lucky we have a teacher that understands us, inspires us, opens our eyes and helps us develop a world view. Sylvia Evans was that teacher. I’ll always remember and appreciate her
