Brenda ThereseFARNWORTHDied peacefully 21st October 2023, at Ysbyty Gwynedd after a short illness, aged 91. Long time resident of Caernarfon, beloved daughter of the late Susan Farnworth and sister to the late Terry Farnworth, Brenda loved her early life as a nurse working at the Cottage Hospital, Caernarfon. In later years, Brenda lived her life with a determined, independent spirit despite her many years of failing health. She will be fondly remembered and much admired by her wider family, friends and carers.

If you would like to pay your respects, you are welcome to attend her Requiem Mass at 1pm, 20th November at The Church of St David & St Helen, Twthill East, Caernarfon. Private interment at Llanbeblig Cemetery.

Sadened to hear the news about Brenda. My late parents were great friends and I grew up just across the road. I spent many happy times with my mother in Aunty Brenda as I called her house. Brenda was always very kind. One day in particular stays in my mind was the day we went to llanberis and walked a little way up Snowdon. If my memory is correct Maralyn and Nicola her nieces were there and I think her aunty Kity. It was a great day out. She also took Nicola and I on the train up Snowdon
She will be greatly missed and I will remember her with fondness and love. RIP Aunty Brenda. X
