Passed away peacefully on Saturday 5th October 2024 at home, aged 64 years.
Derrick will be deeply missed by his wife Jayne, son William, and by all of his family and friends.
Derrick’s Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday 29th October at Mendip Crematorium at 12:30 pm.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired are welcome for two chosen charities, St Margaret's Hospice and The Strawberry Club.
Donations can be made online via this notice in the donation box below or cheques made payable to the charity may be forwarded to Forsey and Son, Funeral Directors, Willowfields, Lowerside Lane, Glastonbury
BA6 9GY.

Derrick It was a pleasure to reconnect with you and get to spend time with you and Jayne over recent years. I’m grateful that Grace and Ronnie got to know you, we will treasure the memories that we made with you. Rest in peace, you fought such a brave battle.
