Devoted husband of Pat, loved dad of Anne-Marie and Michael, cherished grandad of Alex, Mathew and Liam, respected father-in-law of Sylvia and David. Requiem Mass to be held at St Joseph and St Laurence Church, Bewley Drive, Kirkby on Thursday October 14th at 11.15am followed by cremation at Thornton Crematorium at 12.45pm. Family flowers only by request. Donations to the British Heart Foundation. By request of Tom's family could those attending the funeral wear something green.
