Richard KiefferFORSTER30th December, 2017 Peacefully at the Countess of Chester Hospital, aged 76 years. Richard will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Funeral service will take place on Monday 29th January 2018 at 3.20pm at Chester Crematorium Chapel. Donations to R.S.P.C.A/ Cancer Research UK/ British Heart Foundation would be appreciated in lieu of flowers.
