Service to be held at Grimsby Crematorium on Friday May 17th at 11:00am. Family flowers only please but if desired a donation in lieu may be sent to the Neo Natal Unit c/o Special Care Baby Unit at the Family Services at the Diana Princess of Wales Hospital, Scartho Road, Grimsby DN33 2BA.
