GillianFRETWELLSadly, surrounded by her family, Gillian Fretwell of Cardiff passed away on 18th July 2026 in Cambridge, aged 79 years. Beloved wife of the late Peter Brian.

Loving mother to Gary, Glyn, Scott and partners.

A much loved Nan and Nanny-Cardiff to all her wonderful grandchildren and great grandchildren. We will all see you again over the rainbow bridge.

Resting at Coles Funeral Directors until the service to be held at Thornhill Crematorium (Briwnant Chapel) on Tuesday 4th August at 2pm.

Family flowers only. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, can be made to Down's Syndrome Association, Langdon Down Centre, 2a Langdon Park, Teddington, Middlesex, TW11 9PS in memory of Gillian. Donations/tributes can also be made via www.colesfuneraldirectors.co.uk/funeral-notices-rumney/

It is so sad that you are no longer with us nan i want you to know that we love you so much. And I hope you are looking down on us with grampy you are back together now.I know that you missed him very much i just want you to know that we love you with all our heart and I will see both again one day thank you for everything that you have done for all of us you are very special to me i hope you know love from all of us xxxxx
